Orkoraptor was a species of carnosaur that lived in Argentina 70 million years ago. This made Orkoraptor the last of the carnosaurs. In other parts of the world, the carnosaurs became extinct after the tyrannosaurs and abelisaurs took over. However, in South America, the carnosaurs lasted a little longer. Although there are few fossil remains, it is possible that Orkoraptor lived until the end of the Cretaceous.
