Moray Eels are the largest eels in the world. There are approximately 200 species of Moray Eels. The largest Moray Eel is the Giant Moray Eel. They can grow to a length of 10 feet long and weigh 80 pounds. That may sound like a buffet, but please do not eat a Moray Eel. Some seafood lovers have tried this and died. As for scuba divers, just keep a distance. Moray Eels will attack scuba divers if provoked. But there have been cases where Moray Eels have attacked scuba divers unprovoked.
